Unlimited Corporate Subscriptions
Subscribers who receive the unlimited corporate subscription as part of any of the Prestige Economics Corporate Subscription Services pledge to follow the terms of a corporate use license, and will not forward, copy, distribute or sell their copy of the Prestige Economics Monthly Report or any other reports they receive from Prestige Economics, LLC to any persons or entities that are not employees or executives of the same company, corporation, organization, or entity. To reiterate: unlimited corporate subscriptions allow the subscriber to only provide unlimited copies of Prestige Economics, LLC commentary to employees of the same entity. Corporate subscribers cannot forward Prestige Economics, LLC commentary to any individuals who are not employees or executives of the same entity.
Quarterly Hour-Long Call or Presentation by the Chief Economist
Jason Schenker of Prestige Economics, LLC will organize and give an hour-long outlook presentation or call for elite subscribers per the subscription terms. In the event that Jason Schenker is no longer with Prestige Economics, LLC or is otherwise unavailable, his successor or replacementwill provide a similar presentation or call for elite subscribers per the subscription terms.
Cancellation of Subscription by Subscriber
Subscribers may cancel their subscription service at any time, and billing will cease in the month following the cancellation as will the receipt of monthly reports. To cancel, subscribers need only email subscribe@prestigeeconomics.com with the word CANCEL in the subject line. Once a subscription has been cancelled, no further charges will be incurred by the subscriber. In the event that a subscriber cancels, no funds will be returned to the subscriber, provided that the subscriber was offered a complimentary trial subscription prior to signing up for a paid subscription.
Cessation of Subscription by Prestige Economics, LLC
If Prestige Economics, LLC terminates its subscription service, monthly billing will cease with monthly reports. If Prestige Economics, LLC terminates its subscription service, it will still offer Elite Subscription clients a quarterly customized call presentation in the quarter of cancellation. In the event the Elite Subscribers have already had a call in the quarter of cancellation, no further call will be required to meet the terms of subscription. In the event of cancellation, a pro-rated portion of funds paid will be returned to subscribers.
Change of Subscription by Prestige Economics, LLC
Prestige Economics, LLC reserves the right to change the terms, prices, and content of subscriptions at any time provided that one month’s notice is provided before the changes come into effect. This time frame provides ample time for subscribers to unsubscribe before changes come into effect. Changes affecting annual subscription terms must also be announced one month prior to invoice or payment or an annual renewal.
